Week 5

Healthy you challenge
So this week I weight in at 166lbs. A total of 20lbs all together. I am happy. But feel that I could be doing a little better.

Things have been very stress full this week.

I have been still pushing myself to eat healthier foods. And better portions of food.

For exercising I have been doing about 4-5 per week.

I am still needing to try harder to drink more water!!!!

20 lbs - that's wonderful! Good for you!

Hey, maybe you *could* be doing a little better, but nobody's perfect and you've reached a big milestone here. My suggestion - take a moment to savor it a bit. Look at your weight loss, your great track record at exercise, and your focus on eating healthier and more reasonable portions. Those are great accomplishments!

Take a moment to celebrate how well you're doing. This is hard work, and you're rockin' it!

Some weeks we do the best we can. Twenty pounds is a tremendous accomplishment--I hope the "feel good" from that will carry you through the stressy days.

Congratulations on the 20 pound weight loss. I think it is easier to drink water during the warmer months.

Fantastic. Good job with the workouts and staying focused even on the hard days. Drink the water is tough. It's so easy to slip.
