Week 15

Healthy you challenge

I almost for got that it was weigh in time.... I am still weighing in at 158lbs. I just can't get past it. But I also haven't been gaining anything back so that ROCKS!!

I have been roller blading the last 3 days. Every night/day that it is nice... I have alot of practicing to do that is for sure. I haven't fallen yet but last night I came very close....

roller blading... Cool!! I think I would be scared to try that. Too much of a clutz.

Congrats on maintaining. I'm thinking the added exercise from roller blading might be what breaks your plateau.
